Integrative Coaching Journey

How It Works

If you want to build an exceptional life, then you need to be exceptionally committed to your goals.

Step 1: First Contact Call

Our customer service & coach matching team will get to know you and help you organize and clarify your goals.

If we don’t believe coaching is right for you, we’ll share our alternative recommendations.

Step 2: Coach Selection

Based on the first contact call we will recommend a specific coach for your complementary coaching session.

Step 3: Complementary Coaching Session

During this session, you can assess if there is a good match with your coach. Ask all the questions you need to before you start your coaching journey.

Step 4: Decision Call

Our customer experience team will be your sounding board to help you decide how to move forward with our bespoke coaching program. An initial sequence can be 12 sessions, but often between 6 to 12 months.

Step 5: Onboarding

We will setup scheduling and invoicing. You will receive an in-depth coaching questionnaire to complete before your first session.

All sessions will be online unless otherwise arranged.

Step 6: Coach Preparation

Your selected coach will now review your coaching questionnaire, and any assessments you’ve done, and in the case with stakeholders review any feedback in preparation for your first session.

Step 7: Your First Coaching Session

Your first coaching session is about building a strong connection with your coach and gaining a deeper understanding of who you are as a person and leader.

Step 8: Ongoing Coaching and ROI Check-ins

You and your coach will meet consistently, to dive deep, discuss opportunities and challenges, and work on your overall effectiveness and review your progress.

Your coach will be available for laser coaching.

Step 9: Feedback

If you find it useful we will conduct check-ins to help you track ROI and offer tips to maximize your coaching experience.

Along the way, we will reach out to you for feedback on your experience.

When I first met Warren, it was through a professional relationship, as a ghostwriter for leadership coaches and mental health professionals. There was something about his integrative approach that really resonated with me. The initial goal was for me to write content for Warren and help him expand his digital presence. But somewhere during our discussions, we came up with the idea that perhaps the best way for me to write about his approach was to experience it myself. So, each week, I met with Warren for an hour to experience and learn what the coaching process would be like. At first, I was worried that we would struggle to balance the personal and professional aspects of our relationship. The coaching sessions helped me to come face to face with my inner being - a process that was mind blowing, scary, and liberating. I was curious to find more about my make-up and would look forward to the sessions each week. My only discomfort was that sometimes what i would find out about myself was way too overwhelming and there were moments where i felt i was not ready to face those aspects of myself. But the process doesn't quite allow one to choose what comes up in a session and therein lies the potential overwhelm.
